Return Policy

Returns: 
Our return policy is 10 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or packing slip to show proof of purchase. Store credit, or credit back on your original payment method can be given. 

Customers will pay for their return label. Cost of label will be deducted from final return. There will be no restocking fee.

FINAL SALE items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size please reach out to our team at customerservice@jennybboutique.com and they will gladly assist you! B. Boutique will cover one way of the exchanged shipping and customers will cover the other.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response via email. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
